At Cafecito Organico We Believe that Coffee Enhances and Protects Livelihoods and Biodiversity
To that end, we work with small growers and family farms that produce high quality coffees sustainably. We also pay a just price to ensure that the coffee producers can sustain a livelihood and the workers are treated and paid fairly.
When we roast our coffee we do so with the utmost care to ensure that the flavor nuances are developed to highlight the particular regions where the cherries are grown. We employ the best people in the coffee business to bring these flavors to our customer. Working with specialty coffee as a career is becoming a prominent livelihood choice for many. We are playing a key role in providing those opportunities for career craft roasters and baristas.
